At CraftPik, we are committed to providing high-quality digital templates. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital files available for immediate download, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those for physical goods.
1. The Nature of Digital Products
Since our Canva templates are digital downloads, they cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded. Therefore, all sales are final.
By completing a purchase on CraftPik.com, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and waive your right to a refund or cancellation once the order is processed.
2. Cancellations
Because our system is fully automated and digital download links are dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation:

No Cancellations: We cannot cancel orders once the payment has been completed and the download link has been generated.

Accidental Purchases: Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for accidental or duplicate purchases.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider issuing one under the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:

Corrupted Files: If the template link provided is fundamentally broken or the file is corrupted, and our support team cannot fix or replace it within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.

Misrepresentation: If the template significantly differs from the description or preview images shown on the product page (e.g., missing critical elements advertised).
Note: Refunds will not be granted for issues related to a user's lack of knowledge on how to use Canva, software compatibility on outdated devices, or simply changing one's mind.
4. Technical Support & Exchanges
If you are experiencing issues downloading, opening, or editing your template, please do not worry. We are here to help!
- Instead of a refund, our priority is to assist you in getting your template working perfectly.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong template and have not yet downloaded or opened the file, contact us within 24 hours. We may offer an exchange for a template of equal value at our discretion.

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception or if you need technical support, please contact our team. Be sure to include your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.
