All templates sold on CraftPik are digital products. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates.

• Personal Use: You may use the templates for your personal projects or events.
• Commercial Use: You may use the templates to create end-products for your business or clients (e.g., printed flyers).
• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original Canva links or editable files in any form.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you encounter a technical issue with your link or the template itself, please contact our support team, and we will resolve it immediately.

3. Intellectual Property

The designs, layouts, and original elements of the templates remain the intellectual property of CraftPik. Your purchase only grants you a license to use the design; it does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

4. Limitation of Liability

CraftPik shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to software compatibility issues with Canva or printing errors by third-party services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
